    Abstract：

    “导学互动”的教学模式即教师能够在初中数学的教学过程中培养学生自主创新的精神，从而调动学生学习的积极性。初中数学老师可以借助“导学互动”的教学模式帮助学生成为学习的主人公，并享受课堂，教师也需要在教学的过程中使数学课堂变得生动有趣，激发学生学习数学的兴趣。
