Abstract：
现如今伴随着社会主义市场经济的迅速发展，市场竞争形势越来越严峻，各医院也在纷纷进行体制改革，激烈的市场竞争，除了给医院发展带来了较多的机遇，同时也为医院发展增加了较大的挑战。在新医改的发展背景下，精细化管理是医院管理和发展的重要趋势，将DRGs应用在医院的精细化管理中，对规范医疗服务行为以及提高医疗服务质量和效率有重要意义，本文就DRGs在医院精细化管理中的应用展开分析。
