Abstract：
新时期，国企基层党建工作要以提升组织力为重点，突出政治功能，把企业、农村、机关等基层党组织建设成推动改革发展的坚强堡垒。国有企业作为国民经济的支柱，在促进国民经济发展，稳定就业方面具有非常重要的作用。但是从目前情况来看，国企在党建方面仍然存在一定的问题。本文对党建、组织力、政治功能的相关概念进行了阐述，并总结了国有企业在党建方面存在的一些弊端，并提出了相关建议
