Abstract：
体育是一门以促进中小学生健康发展为主要目的必修课程，是学校课程体系的重要组成部分，是实施素质教育和培养学生德智体美劳全面发展的、不可或缺的重要途径。因此，教师在教学过程中应积极转变教学观念，创新教学方法，培养学生体育学习的兴趣及热情，培育学生的核心素养。
