Abstract：
在我国经济增长迅速的发展背景下，对于油气资源的社会需求量也在与日俱增。进口油气资源在我国实际使用中的占比已超过70%。因此对于油气储运设施的安全性的要求极高。进口油气资源大多数通过船舶进行运输，因此在石油化工码头中进行油气装卸操作过程中的安全性显得尤为重要。在本文中首先针对油气储运过程中存在的风险以及油气储运设施安全来阐述油气储运设施安全的重要性，其次探究了油气储运设施对石油化工品码头安全性的影响，重点分析了石油化工品码头中有关油气储运设施操作安全性具体安全措施。
