    Abstract：

    本文将以贵州师范学院文化产业管理专业的《文化经纪应用实践》课程为例，在原有课程开展的基础上，展开适合专业、对接行业的课程改革设计。为了让学生更好的适应就业、对接行业、锻炼技能、培养专业态度，拟在课程改革与实践中将“课程结构改革”“行业对接+资源整合”“实践能力塑造”三个大板块更好的融入课程体系建设中。
