Abstract：
为了充分发挥高校学生党支部在学风建设中的重要作用，努力助推学风建设，西安建筑科技大学信息与控制工程学院（以下简称：信控学院）建立健全了学生党支部与学风建设融合的发展新模式，开拓了一套可推广的支部“双一流”特色项目，旨在形成以党建促学风、学风助党建的良性循环，不断提升人才培养质量，助力学校“双一流”建设。
