    Abstract：

    在以往的思政教育实践中我们常把能力教育与思想教育分而论述，形成学科成绩与思政水平两相分离的评价体系。经过长期教育教学实践活动及中央政治局建立科学选人用人机制阐明“德才兼备、以德为先”的用人标准，在新时代大学生教育培养中我们实施“双创教育”与思想政治教育融合的培养模式并产生较好成效。
