Abstract：
在我国经济实力不断增长的同时，也有越来越多的人关注到企业文化的建设。目前，大多数中小型和微型企业的中青年力量正在不断壮大，成为建立企业组织文化的一支新力量，同时对企业的青年组织作用也有着更高的要求。本文对组织文化和青年企业组织建设中存在的问题进行简要分析，以及青年组织在组织文化建设中的作用，并针对此提出了相关的建议和对策。
