Abstract：
现如今，我国教育在不断改革，在中职教育过程中，高质量的体育教学逐渐成为中职教学目标之一。体育教学的目的在于增强学生体质，促进学生实现全面发展。如何进一步做好中职体育教学工作，有效激发学生的运动兴趣，成为值得探讨的课题，本文就此进行探讨。
