Abstract：
作文自始至终都是检验学生语言组织能力和文字运用能力的重要基础，在整个素质化教育中所发挥的作用都是无可替代的，也是语文课堂的重要组成部分。正因为如此，本文也将以作文教学为切入点，立足于中职院校的语文课堂设计，分析中职学生作文写作能力发展现状，并探讨写作教学改革的必要性，阐述具体的技巧培养策略和方法，希望能够给教师带来一定的参考和帮助，仅作抛砖引玉之用。
