    在媒体融合的时代，对于传媒人才培养质量上面有着更高水平的要求，传统的传媒教育观念和人才培养模式遭到极大的打击，同时传媒高校的教师也面临着空前未有的难题，这些难题来自对传媒人才培养的新要求，来自对教师知识结构体系创新的新需求，更是来自对提高实践能力的新要求。
