    Abstract：

    我国教育事业近年来已经取得了巨大的发展，但有些环节中还存在着需要改进的方面。小学数学教学一直是教育工作中的一个重要课题，而对于小学数学教学中出现学困生的情况，则更需要得到教育工作者的关注和解决。为了提高全体学生的数学成绩，教师需要对学困生投入更多的精力，需要对学困生的心理进行更深入的了解，用耐心和爱心解决学生在学习上的困难，培养其学习兴趣，使学生对数学学习产生积极性，接受并愿意主动投入到数学学习中，进而改变学困生所处的学习困境。
