Abstract：
在互联网技术的推动下，我国已经进入了新传媒时代。新传媒时代下我们能否顺应时代潮流，逐步创新人才培养模式，提高传媒人才培养的质量，让传媒人才在瞬息万变的广播电视事业中大放异彩，值得我们探讨。本文从当前播音主持专业人才培养模式中存在的不足，和为迎合新传媒时代新潮流，探索播音主持专业人才培养的新模式等方面进行探讨。
