Abstract：

随着教育改革的不断深化，减负理念逐渐深入教育教学实践中。减负是促进教育改革的重要途径，增效是教育改革的终结目标。所以，减负理念可理解为减掉学生过重的课业负担和考试压力，提高教育教学的实际质量及效率。现代化的初中历史教师要树立减负教学理念，才能够推动历史教学的改革，进行高效的教与学。
