    Abstract：

    《中国少年先锋队章程》指出：“少先队辅导员是少先队员的朋友和指导者[1]。”少先队大队辅导员工作决定着少先队员未来的发展，因此少先队大队辅导员的专业能力十分重要。当前因辅导员队伍流动性大和制度的不完善，致使少先队大队辅导员队伍出现人才稀缺匮乏的问题，提升少先队大队辅导员专业能力和素养，构建一条行之有效的辅导员专业化发展路径已成为社会关注的问题。本文对此展开论述，以供参考。
