    师生关系是学校教育教学活动中最基本也是最重要的人际关系，是教师和学生在教育教学活动中通过交往互动而形成的较稳定的关系，对教育教学效果具有重要影响的特殊的人际关系。本文着重阐述了师生关系存在的一些问题和良好师生关系所具备的特征以及如何建立良好的师生关系。
