Abstract：
随着新课改的推行，提出了素质教育的理念，德育教育的地位也被提升到新的高度。对高中生进行德育教育，可以有效提升学生思想道德品质，促进学生树立正确的人生观、价值观，培养学生积极、健康的心态，以及面对困难与挫折时勇往直前的拼搏精神。德育教学主体为学生，由于各种原因，学生之间存在差异性，为提升德育教育质量，可对高中生进行分层教育，可进一步提升学生的综合素养。
