    Abstract：

    随着我国科学技术的发展，人民的科学素养直接决定了国家的科技水平，所以小学科学教学工作也受到了广泛的关注。而小学科学教师的科学素养是决定科学教学质量的重要因素，研究教师科学素养的结构要素，并且针对性的采取措施能够促进科学教学事业的改革。本文分析了教师科学素养结构要素和具体要求，阐述了提高教师科学要素的方法。
