教育家苏霍姆林斯基曾经说过：“一个好教师意味着什么？首先意味着他是这样的人，他热爱孩子，感到和孩子交往是一种乐趣，相信每个孩子都能成为一个好人，善于跟他们交朋友，关心孩子的快乐和悲伤，了解孩子的心灵，时刻都不忘记自己也曾是个孩子。”对于教师而言，拥有什么样的东西最重要，苏霍姆林斯基的回答是——“爱，一颗热爱学生的心灵。”
