Abstract：

幼儿园是对幼儿开展教育的主要场所，其管理工作的质量，不但能够影响幼儿园的整体发展，还会影响到对幼儿的教育。在当前的农村幼儿园中，还存在着很多的问题，阻碍着农村幼儿园的有序发展，也影响对幼儿的教育。为此，幼儿园应采取有效的策略，实施科学合理的管理模式，推动乡村幼儿园的良性发展。
