    Abstract：

    运算教学是初中数学教学的重要内容，加强对学生运算能力的培养，能让学生有更加扎实的学习基础，对学生数学综合能力及素养的提高十分有利。但目前的初中数学教学中，存在对学生运算能力培养不重视的情况，影响了初中数学教与学的发展。因此，本文对培养运算能力的重要性进行了分析，提出了初中数学教学中学生运算能力的培养策略。
