    Abstract：

    高中体育其实是非常重要的，学生被高考的压力和繁重的学习任务所包围时，进行适当的体育锻炼，不仅可以缓解学生的压力，还能使学生养成热爱运动的习惯，练就强健的体魄。合作学习是一种全新的教学模式，在高中体育教学中应用合作学习，对提高教学效果有着重要的现实意义。本文主要对在高中体育教学中合作学习的运用进行了探析，旨在提高体育教学的效率，提高学生们的积极性与主动性，全面提升学生们的身体素质。
