Abstract：

以疫情为代表的突发公共卫生事件对高校图书馆开展读者服务造成很大的障碍。调查发现，虽然疫情对被迫在家的高校师生获取文献信息资源造成很大阻碍，但广大师生对信息资源的需求并不会因此减少，图书馆必须积极进行调整，以满足高校师生疫情期间的信息需求。
