    “金课”已经成为全国各高校推进教学改革、提高课程教学质量、强化学生自主学习、提升人才培养能力的有力抓手。管理学课程采用混合式教学方式构建金课的过程中存在多方面的问题，本研究将从教师、学生、平台、学校等层面探索解决对策，以期更好地构建管理学金课。
