Abstract：
对于人教版新课标英语而言，不仅要教会学生掌握英语基础知识，而且要重视阅读教学的重要性，用以拓宽高中学生思维，使学生做到学以致用，充分发挥高中英语教学的成效。思维导图是一种独特的思维工具，可以应用于学习、记忆、创造等借助思维和促进思维发展的很多领域。本文以课堂教学实践为例探索了思维导图对提升高中英语教学有效性的作用。
