Abstract：
伴随着我们教育体系的日渐庞大，社会对所有形式的教学模式的重视度也愈来愈高，中职学校作为向社会大量输出操作型人才的出口，也被抬上了教学演绎的舞台。毋庸置疑，中职学校的教学体系与普通初高中是截然不同的，它们更偏向于一门技术的培养，即“术业有专攻”。所以实训变成了教学内容中不可或缺的一课，然而现在中职实训教学中存在诸多问题，亟待教师与学生携手解决。本文即从几点困境入手探讨，借此帮助中职学校与教师能够将更多的时间与经历转移到真实的言传身教上来，而不是整日对着学生指责缺点。
