Abstract：
国民的科学素养已经成为社会稳定、繁荣发展的主要影响因素，是一个国家国力提升的重要体现。“培养现代公民必备的地理素养”是高中地理课程的基本理念，提高学生科学素养是一个繁杂的系统，也是一项艰巨的工程，学校教育是基础，教学方法则是关键。在有关人文地理的诸多教学方法中，就培养学生地理素养方面，案例教学是一种特别有用的教学方式。本文探讨了如何以案例教学为载体来培养中学生的地理科学素养，从而有效地促进中学生素质的提高。
