Abstract：
学困生是教师在教学过程中需要特殊关注的群体，英语学科因为缺少目标语言的使用环境相对于其他科目更容易出现学困生。对于处在具有转折性的初中阶段的学困生来说，教师有针对性的教辅显得非常重要。本文以学困生现存的问题的出发，阐述了分层教学在教学各个环节中的运用，旨在使学困生得到真正意义上的转化。
