    Abstract：

    20世纪以后，我国很多图书馆转变了发展理念，由规模扩张转变为内涵发展，内涵发展的主要目标是强化政府对图书馆管理的力度和提升服务质量，该发展模式的出现解决了图书馆在发展过程中出现的低效、盲目和粗放发展的问题，萍乡市图书馆经过多次改革，构建了精细化管理模式，实现了对图书和资料的精细化管理。
