Abstract：
英语这一门课程本就是高中阶段十分重要的课程，在高考之中也占据较大比分。高三英语复习效果会直接对学生英语高考成绩造成影响，有效保障高三英语复习效率才是高中英语教学关键，积极心理学理论运用于高三英语复习课上，则能够降低学生学习疲倦感，让学生以良好的状态复习，是有效提高学生英语学习动力的重要理论，所以本文也就其运用展开了探讨。
