Abstract：
大型企业通过企业自办的技工学校进行人才培养，而没有办学条件的小型企业，则通常用岗前培训解决问题。高素质一线员工的缺乏，使企业的竞争力下降，并缺乏可持续发展动力。而中职院校毕业的学生多会就职于企业的生产一线，因此，中职学校的人才培养模式将会直接影响企业的健康发展。
