Abstract：
高中历史教师讲解历史知识时,发现不同学生的接受能力、学习能力有所差异,对此教师非常注重结合学生之间的个体差异划分层次,从而将学生分为不同层次,针对不同层次的学生教师提出难度不同的问题,并分层辅导学习、分层划分学习小组,通过在各个方面分层,有利于缩短学生之间的差距,同时提高差异性教学效果.
