Abstract：
本文着重以如何培养学生的终身体育观念为出发点,对终身体育的有关概念和主要范围、对学生体育兴趣的培养、如何在体育教学中利用学生的心理特征,培养学生的终身体育观念三个方面进行阐述.提出学校体育应以培养学生终身体育为主线,关注学生的运动兴趣,激发和保持学生的运动兴趣,使学生自觉、积极地进行体育锻炼为要内容.教会学生如何学习,培养学生体育行为,形成自觉的体育观念为教学目的.
