Abstract：
随着我国教学体制改革的不断深入,围绕这高中教学也发生了巨大的变化,从传统的教授学生体育知识转变为培养学生的核心素养和综合能力,除增强学生身体素质之外,还要为学生树立终身体育的意识.新教改中,还要求教师创新教学方法,鼓励教学积极采用翻转课堂式的教学方法,提高学生的学习效率和学习质量.本文以实际教学为背景,阐述在高中体育教学中采用翻转课堂教学方法大测量,供大家参考借鉴.
