谈谈小学班主任班级管理中的沟通艺术

Abstract：

在小学班主任的班级管理工作中,合适的沟通是拉近师生之间距离和情感的主要方式,是有效进行德智体美劳教育的前提基础,因此注重沟通过程中的沟通技巧是每位班主任教师的必修课.本文在分析班主任教学管理中沟通艺术的重要性的基础上,从四个方面探讨了沟通方法,期望对日常的教学实践起到一定的反思指导作用.
