    Abstract：

    新课改背景下,培养学生的核心素养已经成为广大教育工作者的共识.小学生的家庭环境、性格特点以及学习能力千差万别,采取传统教学中"千人一面"的教学模式,不能兼顾各层次学生的发展,数学教学出现了"优生吃不饱、差生吃不了"的问题,导致学生两极分化越来越严重,学习能力处于中下层的学生失去了学习信心,被数学教学边缘化,影响了数学教学大面积教学质量的提高.所以,以核心素养的培养为中心的小学数学教学,必须注重实施分层教学,这是全面提高数学教学实效性的重要手段,也是促进学生数学综合能力提高的有效途径.
