    初中正是青少年身体与心理发展的关键阶段,其对于学生综合素质的全面培养有着举足轻重的作用.体育教育不仅是中学教学中的关键构成环节,同时更是小学与高中体育教学接入的核心纽带.而伴随着如今人文教学的持续深入,核心教育的要求也在深入落实,因此,如何有效开展初中体育以及健康课堂教学,也成了如今初中教学中的重点探究问题之一.
