Abstract：
酒店前厅与客房有着密切的联系,随着酒店行业的不断发展,如何让前厅与客房密切耦合,提升酒店的门面水平,为酒店树立良好的口碑,以吸引更多的客人入住,应当成为我们所值得深思的问题.本文主要结合《前厅客房服务与管理》课程,分析传统教学方法弊端,实行创新性教学,以培养更多的行业人才.
