Abstract：
在学生学习的过程中,由于自学能力、智力等因素的影响,学生的学习效果存在差异,导致出现了优等生和常被称为学困生的学生.殊不知,因为优秀的学生和学困生都会在同一个老师、同一个环境中学习,如何让两者同时拥有好的学习效果,是一件非常值得思考的事情.基于此,文章探讨了如何基于"培优补差"来提高学生数学学习的效率.希望对其他初中数学教师的教学工作有一定的借鉴作用,促使学生获得更理想的学习效率.
