Abstract：
在国内课改教育深入推进的过程中,素质教育的理念渐渐成了教师最基本的教育要求.初中体育教育需要考虑到学生的实际情况与实际条件,以此为依据设置具有针对性的教学活动,确保学生的体育技能、体育素质得到全方位成长.教师需要考虑学生的个体差异,主动调整教育思路,用分层教育的方式,根据学生个体差异开展体育教学,使学生具备健康的心理与健康的体魄.
