    教育深化改革背景下,我国对于高中生的素质培养予以高度重视,特别是学生的体育教育,要求在体育教育过程中,着力提高学生体质健康水平,培养学生终身体育意识.对此,本文分析高中体育教学中培养学生终身体育意识的重要性,并提出可行性的培养对策.
