    Abstract：

    随着当前我国就业市场压力的不断严重增加,高中生的竞争日益严峻.目前,在原有专业艺术和音乐院校的基础,一些综合性高中也开始开设艺术类专业,对于缓解高中生的升学压力有着重要意义.本文主要针对目前的高中音乐特长生培养进行研究,结合具体的教学实践对高中音乐特长生的培养和管理模式进行深入的研究,以期更好的提高高中音乐特长生的培养质量.
