Abstract：
德育在促进学生自身的道德及其综合素养的健康上升方面起着非常重要的作用.在现代化素质教育的深入实施以及新课标改革的大环境下,老师更应当重视对学生的德育教育.初中时期是学生树立核心价值观的一个关键时期,初中班主任需要针对学生自身的特点,提升学生的综合素质,建设一个德育型的班集体,培养学生的自身修养及其德行.
