Abstract：
本文先简单介绍了高等院校思想政治教育与职业素养教育相互融合的重要价值;又分析了高等院校思想政治与职业素养教育融合发展的可行性;最后通过坚持社会主义核心价值观的引导作用、合理制定思想政治教育与职业素养教育相互融合的教育规划以及开展校园文化建设活动,加强思想政治教育与职业素养教育的高度融合等方面论述了高等院校思想政治教育与职业素养教育进行融合的重要举措.
