Abstract：

锅炉受热面管通常情况实际运行环境都比较恶劣,外部是高温烟气,内部是高温高压介质,其失效事故时有发生.受热面管失效机理及防治措施的研究对提高火力发电厂安全经济性具有重要的意义.以某发电厂的一次受热面管失效爆管为例,综合分析查明炉管失效的原因,提出预防事故的措施,保障机组安全稳定运行.
