课堂观察是一种有效的教学监控手段,也是教研活动时可借鉴的一种高效评价范式和教师专业成长的新"法宝".作为一种新的听评课形式,近年来受到一线教师的关注和学者的青睐.多维度"课堂观察"不仅能够激发教学科学研究的新思维,还能修正课堂教学的小缺陷,促进学科体系新框架的重建.
