Abstract：

小班化教学模式的运用,是教育学生全面成长的一种新的方向.小班化教学是当代教育改革的发展趋势,是社会发展的必然产物.由于小班教学的学生人数少,教师可以关注每一个学生的学习情况,针对学生的个性与学习特点进行有针对性的指导,让学生充分发扬个性特色与各自的才能,更加有利于学生的进步与发展.
