    本文旨在探讨高中英语教师在英语阅读教学中的合理地位与作用,以高中《英语》(上外版)《Surviving the Earthquake》为例进行课例分析.基于同一篇材料的三次不同阅读实践教学及课例分析,得出要实现开放课堂、进行深度阅读及挖掘文本内涵,高中英语教师应当好一名"组织者"、成为一名"引导人"、学当一名"倾听者".
