    素质教育背景下,以学习活动观的英语读写教学是培养学生英语素养的重要途径,在英语读写教学活动中需要注重学生的主体地位,创新设计英语读写教学活动的内容与形式,将英语教学实践与学生的学习情况进行结合,达到以读促写的目的.基于此,本文探讨如何有效的设计英语读写教学活动.
